DEFINITIONS
‘YOU’ or ’USER’ or ‘PLAYER’ refers to any person registering with Grindago may it be an Affiliate or a direct customer. WE’ or ‘US’ or ‘Grindago’ refers to Grindago affiliates.
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 This establishes the General Terms and Conditions for the contractual relationship between Grindago and any person registering with Grindago.
1.2 Any changes to deals and sites will be communicated through the website news and newsletter to the best of our ability though this is not required. It is your responsibility to keep yourself updated of site changes and any changes the sites make including but not limited to rake calculation changes and VIP program changes. Grindago accepts no responsibility for loss of rake or anything else due to this.
1.3 If after being notified of changes to the T&C you continue to use your Grindago account and Grindago Services, it will be considered that you have accepted the new T&C including any additions, removals or substitutions.
2. ACCOUNT RULES
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to open a Grindago account.
2.2 We do not work with any brands accepting players from The United States of America, therefore we will remove all accounts created by users from the United States of America who register with Grindago.
2.3 Users who reside in jurisdictions that prohibit online gambling are not allowed to register as users of Grindago.
2.4 It is the customer’s responsibility to know their local laws and restrictions, and abide by these.
2.5 We retain the right to refuse to open an account at our own discretion.
2.6 You must provide true and complete information to us at all time; including but not limited to, your first and last name, contact information and country of residence.
2.7 We accept no liability for entries that have not been properly received for any reason.
2.8 We retain the right to confirm the identity of users of our services.
3. POKER ACCOUNTS
3.1 All Poker rooms have the right to withhold rakeback payments in the event they believe that there is reason to believe that a player is using their poker account for fraudulent purposes.
3.2 End of the month reports that we receive from poker rooms are final and we are unable to enter into any discussion with any poker room on this issue. If you believe the rake you are given is inaccurate you must consult the room first before contacting us on this subject.
3.3 By submitting your account details for a poker site you are granting us permission to view your reports from these sites.
3.4 We shall not be liable for any changes in a poker rooms rakeback program or loyalty scheme regardless of whether the player was adequately informed or not. It is always the players responsibility to check the terms or the loyalty programs and rakeback programs.
3.5 We reserve the right to exclude new entrants to our services, promotions, events and from the use of this website at any time, particularly if we have evidence that a customer has used incorrect details or is using more than one username or any fraudulent or illegal activities.
3.6 You as a customer agree to not promote any of the deals or Grindago services publicly in any way unless given prior written permission. Including but not limited to forums and social media.
3.7 We reserve the right to suspend or close your account and suspend payments at any time due to any infringement of the terms and conditions, suspected infringement of the terms and conditions or for any other reason.
3.8 We cannot guarantee your funds on any partnering sites.
4. TRACKING
4.1 Your poker account is tracked once is has been updated on your Grindago account.
4.2 If for any reason our partnering sites do not pay us we will not be able to pay out bonuses or commissions.
4.3 We cannot guarantee confirmation on poker accounts; it is the players responsibility to ensure that they use our links/bonus codes correctly.
4.4 Player must not start playing until we have confirmed the account.
5. Affiliates
5.1 All Affiliates using Grindago services and deals shall be responsible for all their sub-affiliates and players. We retain the right to charge for any negative revenues, overpayments or back payments generated through them including but not limited to fines caused by network breaches.
5.2 The affiliate is responsible for all accounting issues on all earnings from its commissions received, including but not limited to VAT.
